Turbine Flow Meters (HM) are precise flow meters that are ideal for measuring low to medium viscosity liquids such as water, emulsions, glycol mixtures and light oils. Helical Flow Meters (SRZ) are precise volumetric flow meters specially developed for measuring highly viscous, filled and non-abrasive media such as polyurethanes, polymers, greases and oils. Thanks to their robust stainless steel construction and high measuring accuracy, they are ideal for demanding industrial applications, even with temperature fluctuations or changing viscosity. With short response times and dynamic behavior, they are the optimal solution for regulating and controlling volume flows in industries such as chemicals, plastics processing and lubricant production. KEM’s Rotary Piston flow meters (VFF) are ideal for use in applications with very low flow rates and high pressures, as seen in offshore chemical injection skids. These meters provide precise volumetric measurement due to the operating principle. These meters can accurately measure fluids with varying viscosities, including very thick liquids, that other meters might struggle with.
